Please note that the texture and color of outfits may vary slightly between the photograph and reality. Rest assured, each of our products undergoes rigorous quality control before shipping.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY -
At twentyseveneleven , we stand behind the quality of our outfits. If you happen to receive a product with manufacturing defects or if you have received an incorrect item, we offer an exchange.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE –
- Please initiate the return the product once order is recievedprocess within 2 days of receiving your shipment.
- 5-6 days to return the product once order is recieved

- Include pictures of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Reports of damaged or incorrect products made after this 2-day period won't be eligible for return or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES -
- The product must remain in its original, unused condition.
- Keep the original tags and packaging intact.
- Provide a proof of purchase.
- Products showing signs of usage won't be eligible for returns.
- Customized and sale products are not eligible for exchange.
SHIPPING CHARGES -
- You will be responsible for the shipping charges for exchanging items.
OPTIONS AVAILABLE –
- Choose between exchanging your product for an item of equal or greater value.
- Opt for a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue, allowing you the flexibility to shop at your convenience.
IMPORTANT NOTE –
- We do not offer refunds on purchases made on twenty seven eleven website or with any of our stockists.
